The Q&A on this Product

QUESTION: I have tryed to install six of these on my plate but they keep blowing my fuse. What would the problem be? Do I need a load equalizer? I have one for my turn signals.

ANSWER: These units only draw 30 mA, so the entire load is on the order of 180 mA with 6 units. There has to be a flaw in your wiring that is creating a short, or the units are not wired in parallel so that each unit gets 12 volts - no series voltage drops are allowed. also, red wire is positive and black is common.

QUESTION: do these have to be hard wired in ? how do the lights get power?

ANSWER: You will hard wire them to the existing license plate light wiring.

QUESTION: Item no. 030309 Tite Light - You picture two styles of this light. One is cone shaped the other is a blunt top. How do I differentiate them when ordering?

ANSWER: This one is dome shaped. The other style is called "acorn".

QUESTION: What are the installed heights for these two lights?

ANSWER: These lights are 1/2" tall.
